French guys drinking at the Arc de Triomphe on Charles de Gaule day. They were passing around a flask with what was probably a hard beverage; maybe as a result of that, or maybe by their nature, they were friendly to us. They spoke decent English, but we still didn't understand their explanation as to what kind of holiday was Charles de Gaule day.
