My French is very poor, but I'll make a stab at it: "detail expands"? In any case, it's cool to find a cryptic saying glowing in neon on a side of a well that goes deep into the bowels of the medieval Louvre. These glowing inscriptions were everywhere in the tunnels of the of the medieval part of the Louvre castle -- as if the Louvre underground was one giant Sauron's ring. :-)
